Expensive and not very helpful

Guy charged £10 for 5 minutes work removing a couple of links from a watch strap. Two days later I went back and asked if he could take off an extra link from the same watch and he wanted to charge me another £10! I didn't pay him the second time, and although I have other repairs waiting to be done, I will be making a point of not going there again.
