I am a self employed home based Architectural Consultant that specializes in Residential Architecture and contemporary bespoke art work. I have over 20 years worth of residential architectural experience. I work within the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Asia. The mission statement of Inspire is simply to create amazing living spaces. Each proposal undergoes my basic principles which are a contemporary design, nature, minimalism, being innovative also with the aim of creating functional and practical spaces and to make the best use out of the space. My client base ranges from everyday growing families who wish to create their dream home to fast paced developers seeking and wishing to optimise their budgets. I am confident working as an all round 360 performer that deals with each project from start to finish. My start to finish programme includes the initial meeting, survey, feasibility, planning, building regulations, specification, tender, contract admin, project management, handover to snagging. I really enjoy a challenge, proposing really unique contemporary new builds in areas such as greenbelts, conservation areas or tricky extensions on listed buildings. My fees are fair as I am a self-employed consultant working from home. My fees are entirely dependent on the nature of the project and the circumstances, however I generally estimate my hours and fix the price for each assignment. The stages are as follows: Stage 1 Feasibility and Planning – Fixed fee Stage 2 Building Regulations and Specification – Fixed Fee Stage 3 Project Management and Contract Admin – Fixed Fee
